Have you considered implementing a calendar for users with some kind of CalDav?
We are currently developing a module that allows the export of the OpenSTAManager calendar to Android smartphones and Outlook. However, a bidirectional feature is not currently planned.
Is it possible to set a mask for documents (ddt, invoices, interventions, orders,…) of the type number/year (e.g. 1203/2014)?
Yes, you can use masks in the number/year format for the secondary number of documents. Go to "Tools" and select "Segments". Here, just fill in the "Mask" field by entering the value “#/2014”. This way, “#” will be replaced by a sequential number, while “2014” will remain fixed.
Is the first note available?
Yes, the first note is available. You can use the "Record Accounting" function directly from the invoice tab in case of collection. Two predefined accounts for collection will be proposed, and you can confirm the transaction. It is also possible to enter the first note for other types of transactions, all summarized in the Chart of Accounts.

How can I restore the widgets I deleted?
You can reactivate the widgets from the "Updates" screen by clicking on the gear icon.
Where can I enter my company data, that is, the main registry?
To enter your company data, you need to create a registry of type "Company".
Which hosting services are compatible with OpenSTAManager?
OpenSTAManager has been successfully tested on various hosting services, including Aruba.it, Altervista, Tophost, Netsons, and others.
Can reminders be set for periodic activities?
Yes, you can set reminders for periodic activities through the "Scheduled Interventions" plugin, available for active contracts. You can define a date and a description for the activity, which will appear in the calendar as a reminder and can be scheduled directly from the dashboard.
What is the available storage space in the cloud?
The cloud storage space varies based on the chosen service and can be:
- 2GB
- 10GB
- 30GB
Upgrades can be made in blocks of 5GB. The used space is calculated based on the uploaded attachments and the backups generated by the user. The following are not included in the count:
- Space used by the database
- Automatic system backups up to 7 days prior
- Geographic backups on third-party machines (disaster recovery)
