How it works

The module uses the Kanban model to track new business opportunities. Each lead can be easily moved between different stages of the sales process, providing an immediate graphical visualization of progress.

Notes, appointments and attachments

On each opportunity you can add:

  • Notes to document important information
  • Appointments planned to follow up with the customer
  • Attachments (quotes, contracts, etc.)
  • Labels to categorize and easily identify opportunities

Labels allow you to organize leads based on specific criteria (e.g. geographical sector, customer type, priority, etc.) facilitating filtering and search.

Detailed action history

Each opportunity maintains a detailed history of all actions performed by each user. This complete register allows you to track:

  • Who created the lead
  • All changes made
  • Activities performed
  • Comments added
  • Assignments made

Access management for agents

It is possible to configure access for your agents so they see only:

  • Leads assigned to them
  • Opportunities they personally add

This system guarantees privacy and efficiency, allowing each agent to focus on their own opportunities without interfering with those of colleagues.
