Importing data from your previous management software ²
¹ Installation: OSM is installed to allow work from all terminals connected to the company's local area network (LAN). All data resides on the client's machine, and backups must be managed independently.
² importation: Importation requires that the client has data available in an open and tabular format (e.g., CSV, ODS, XLSX, XLS files). Before purchase, our support will verify compatibility. Currently supported modules -> Contacts, Items, Chart of Accounts, Estimates, Activities, Installations.
Any information not provided by the management software or not explicitly stated in the transmitted file will not be imported.
Travel and intervention costs to make hardware or software equipment compliant are excluded from the package. Any unforeseen activities may be billed at actual cost.
